Bernard Hughes has been announced as the winner of the Simon Carrington Chamber Singers Composition Competition in the US for the piece Revelation Window. Based on Antony Hollaway’s stained-glass window in Manchester Cathedral, the piece was commissioned by The Esoterics, a choir in Seattle, USA.
